Each ToeFX Treatment is a 2-step process carried out over a course of 10 sessions -
ClearToe Serum: Supplied in a easy to use pen, ClearToe Serum is applied post debridement and quickly penetrates the infected nail plates. The anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties of the formula work on the affected nail and and the blue colour absorbs light at a particular wavelength and marks where the fungal cells exist.
ClearToe Therapy Lights: Once the ClearToe Serum has been applied, the patients feet are placed under the ClearToe Lights for 15 minutes. The non-thermal lights radiate at wavelengths between 630-680nm and activate the anti-fungal properties of the ClearToe Serum. This energy is transferred into the nail bed to directly target and eliminate fungal cells. There is no heat or discomfort and patients simply sit comfortably during the treatment. Get them to bring reading material or headphones so they can relax while the ClearToeTherapy Lights do their work.
Your patients can often start seeing new, non infected nail growth after 4-6 treatments. Combined with a set of health & hygiene protocols for combatting recurring infection, patients are keen to complete the treatment course and maximise their results.
